Beware! Any dealings with Alibaba are fraught with danger. I recently purchase some material from this dealer but for some reason he substituted something else similar but still not what I ordered. Tried to get a return for refund from Alibaba, although the dealer agreed I still had to make a claim through Alibaba, Uploaded the information they requested…Several weeks later after contacting the dealer I received a request for more information in an email containing a supposed link which did not work, tried to send through the website…No chance!... Contacted trough the messaging link.. all you get is automated responses from a bot. It seems that there are no actual humans anywhere. This went on for some weeks until my claim was rejected even though the material was not as described and also damaged during transit. I will write this off as a loss but will not deal with Alibaba again
